For their new lightweight, 631bhp Lamborghini Huracan Performante, unveiled at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show, Lamborghini designed and manufactured several components with SMC process. To improve their surface finish, GP Marketing Consulting suggested to Lamborghini the introduction of special carbon veils of reFORM as final layers with excellent results.

ReFORM, developed by FORMAX UK (now part of Hexcel Corporation), is manufactured entirely from reprocessed carbon fibre wastage and is engineered for a variety of non-structural and structural applications across a range of industries.
